Shipping & Returns
Shipping Rates and Options
We include free shipping on all orders over $75.
We ship all packages via FedEx® Ground, unless overnight delivery is specifically requested by the customer. We charge the FedEx rate for overnight delivery when this option is requested. Please contact us if you have any special shipping requests.
When you purchase a product from MLA Skincare, we e-mail you the FedEx® shipping tracking number so that you can track your package. We know that shipping is important to you so please contact us if you have any questions about shipping that are not answered below.
Weather and Service Delays
If you live in an area experiencing severe weather that may cause an unexpected service delay, please add an additional 1 to 2 days to the estimated delivery date.
Returns & Exchanges
We trust that you will be pleased with your purchase so we've made returning items easy. Products can be returned within 21 days for a full refund, as long as products have not been opened. To return an item, call our customer support at 310-829-0647 or please contact us using the form at the top of this page.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper and, in most cases, you will receive the refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1-2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5-10 business days). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
